Start here after purchase
From new customer to first test booking.
This setup path is written for photographers, not developers. The goal is simple: make LensMindAI sound like your studio, quote your real packages, check your calendar, and prove the full client journey before you send it to real leads.
LensMindAI is your studio manager, not another preset pack.
By the end of setup, a client should be able to ask about pricing, availability, booking, proofs, contracts, and delivery without you typing the same answers over and over.
1
Client asks a question. The AI answers using your brand, your prices, your policies, and your portfolio language.
2
Client wants to book. The AI checks your real calendar, captures lead details, and moves the person toward a session.
3
You deliver the work.Galleries, contracts, delivery links, culling, video tools, and follow-ups stay inside one system.
First win: run one fake client inquiry in the next 10 minutes
Step 1
Tell the AI whose studio it represents.
These details shape the voice, contact info, delivery promise, and first impression. Keep it honest and simple. You can refine later.
Step 2
Add packages the AI is allowed to quote.
This is where LensMindAI becomes useful. If pricing is vague, the AI has to be vague. Start with 3-5 packages and one or two add-ons.
Best import order
1. Paste plain text for fastest setup. 2. Upload CSV if you already have a spreadsheet. 3. Upload PDF only for review, then paste clean pricing text.
This is the main setup step that feels technical, so the product should make it plain: Google is giving LensMindAI permission to read open time slots and create bookings.
1
Open Integrations.Go to Admin, then Integrations, then Google Calendar.
2
Click Connect Google Calendar.Sign in with the calendar account you actually use for shoots.
3
Allow calendar access. This lets LensMindAI check availability and place new bookings.
4
Run one availability test.Ask the public AI: "What times are open next Saturday for portraits?"
Do this before sending LensMindAI to real people. You are testing whether the AI understands your business, quote rules, booking path, and follow-up tone.
Client: "Hi, I need photos and a short recap video for a fashion event next month. What do you charge?"
Good AI response should: ask date/location, explain relevant packages, avoid making up prices, and move toward availability.
Client: "Can I book Saturday afternoon?"
Good AI response should: check calendar, offer slots, collect contact details, and create the lead/job.
Where to check results
Leads tab, Jobs tab, Messages tab, and Calendar after the test.
What to fix if it feels off
Brand voice, pricing packages, scheduling rules, and knowledge base answers.
