AI processing

When AI features are used, relevant prompts, uploaded text, business settings, client inquiry details, and workflow context may be sent to AI providers to generate responses or analysis. Do not upload information you are not authorized to process or share through your account.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as authenticated admin access, protected client tokens, payment processing through Stripe, and server-side guardrails. LensMindAI is not marketed as end-to-end encrypted storage, a HIPAA system, or a regulated compliance platform.
