Using the service
By using LensMindAI, you agree to use it for lawful photography, video, client management, booking, proofing, and workflow automation. You are responsible for the content you upload and the client communication sent from your account.
Accounts and subscriptions
Subscriptions renew monthly or annually unless canceled before the renewal date. Account access may depend on successful Stripe billing, workspace status, and compliance with these terms.
Client communication
You are responsible for verifying that pricing, package rules, availability, contracts, reminders, and client-facing language match your studio policies before sending them to clients.
AI-assisted output
LensMindAI uses AI to draft replies, summarize context, suggest quotes, and automate workflow steps. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it, publishing it, or sending it to a client.
Contracts and professional advice
Contract templates, e-signature workflows, refund notes, booking language, and business suggestions are operational tools, not legal, tax, financial, or insurance advice. You are responsible for having your own policies and contracts reviewed by qualified professionals when needed.
Security and availability
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for account access, client links, payments, and uploaded workflow data. No internet service is perfectly secure or interruption-free, and LensMindAI does not claim SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI certification beyond Stripe-managed payment processing, or end-to-end encryption.
Misuse and suspension
Abusive automation, unlawful content, spam, unauthorized access, payment abuse, or attempts to disrupt the platform may result in suspension or termination.
No guaranteed business results
LensMindAI can help automate and organize a photography business, but we do not guarantee bookings, revenue, conversion rates, ranking improvements, client approvals, or any specific business outcome.
Warranty and liability
LensMindAI is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 30 days.
